Why does this job exist and why is it critical
Job Accountabilities / Key Result Area
- Design and implement end-to-end processes for billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue assurance.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current practices and desired outcomes.
- Pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and minimize revenue leakage.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to automate process mapping, enhance billing and revenue assurance workflows, and accelerate identification of gaps and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with IT and other cross functional teams to integrate system capabilities with business processes - Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors, present actionable findings to senior leadership, and drive change management initiatives.
- Deliver streamlined, automated processes that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance revenue assurance, ultimately driving measurable business outcomes.
- Drive performance by increasing collections, reducing PFDD, and minimizing waivers to strengthen overall revenue assurance.

Formal Education
Bachelor Degree
IT Service Management
ITIL/Service Enablement
Work Experience
Total Work Experience: More than 8 years
Total Desired Experience: 4 to 6 years in Telecommunication/ IT/ Networking
Skills / Knowledge
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management within the telecom industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Generative AI applications and their practical uses in process optimization
- Preferred expertise in enterprise systems such as CPQ, Kenan, and ServiceNow
- Ability to blend analytical thinking, process optimization, and domain knowledge to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
