Job Description

We are looking for outgoing, confident and energetic individuals to join an entertainment group as TikTok Livestream Hosts.

This is a performance and entertainment-focused, on-camera role. You will participate in group livestreams, interact with viewers, perform, and help create an engaging and entertaining experience for the audience.

Previous livestreaming experience is NOT mandatory — candidates with backgrounds in hosting, dancing, singing, performing, content creation, social media, customer engagement or other audience-facing activities are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in TikTok group livestreams involving dance, performances, conversations and interactive activities.
Engage actively with viewers and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Be confident and expressive while appearing on camera.
Participate in regular rehearsals and training.
Develop on-camera presentation, audience engagement and performance skills.
Work with the operations team on livestream planning and short-video content.
Participate in performance/content reviews and continuously improve.
Follow TikTok/platform guidelines and company policies.
Work collaboratively with other hosts during group performances.

Requirements

18 years or above.
Legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
Comfortable being on camera and participating in entertainment/performance activities.
Outgoing, energetic and confident personality.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin.
Comfortable working as part of a group/team.
Willing to attend rehearsals and training.
Able to work scheduled evening and weekend shifts.
Interested in entertainment, livestreaming, performing or content creation.
Previous experience in dancing, singing, hosting, acting, performing, social media or content creation is an advantage.
No livestreaming experience required.
