Entra Hybrid Authentication, NPS, VPN & VDI Engineer

Description

We are seeking an experienced Entra Hybrid Authentication, NPS, VPN & VDI Engineer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in authentication solutions, network security, and virtual desktop technologies. This role is critical in ensuring secure access and efficient management of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage hybrid authentication solutions using Entra.
• Configure and maintain Network Policy Server (NPS) for secure authentication and authorization.
• Administer VPN solutions to provide secure remote access for users.
• Manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions to support remote work environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of authentication services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, VPN, and VDI services.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in authentication technologies and security best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a related field.
• Strong understanding of hybrid authentication mechanisms and protocols.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra and Azure AD services.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Network Policy Server (NPS).
• Hands-on experience with VPN technologies and solutions (e.g., IPsec, SSL VPN).
• Familiarity with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies such as VMware Horizon or Citrix.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
