As an entry level HR Administrator Central Services APAC, you'll shape how we tell our story, raise the bar for content quality, and continually evolve how we engage our audiences.

This is a fulltime permanent role commencing immediately based in our Hays Sunway Malaysia office. In this role, you will support the delivery of HR services across the APAC region (8 countries) by providing high-quality administrative, coordination, and operational support. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes, maintaining accurate HR data, and supporting the HR function and broader People and Culture team in delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, systems updates and general HR administration.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, run basic audits and ensure compliance with policies and employment standards.
  • Coordinate HR documentation such as contracts, letters and colleague records.
  • Assist with employee experience activities including engagement initiatives, benefits support and internal events.
  • Generate HR reports and support tracking of key metrics across teams.
  • Provide coordination support for HR projects, scheduling and documentation tasks.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Trusted to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage highvolume work while multitasking effectively.
  • Proactive and fastpaced, with the ability to drive tasks through from start to finish.
  • Strong judgement and genuine interest in HR, with solid Microsoft Office and HR systems capability.
  • Ambitious, solutionsfocused and collaborative, with a positive approach to teamwork.
