We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Executive (Medical Device) to join our growing team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals starting their career in the healthcare industry. No prior medical device sales experience is required — comprehensive product training, sales coaching, and hands-on guidance will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Sales Executive (Medical Device), you will support our healthcare customers and introduce medical solutions that improve patient care.
Your responsibilities include:
- Engage with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, sleep laboratories, and customers to introduce Pneumedic's range of medical devices.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors, nurses, healthcare teams, and patients.
- Assist in product demonstrations, device setup, user training, and patient education sessions.
- Support healthcare education activities such as product presentations, workshops, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) events under the guidance of senior team members.
- Learn and understand medical device functions, applications, and clinical benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customers receive proper product support.
- Assist in customer visits, business development activities, and expanding Pneumedic s presence in the healthcare community.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, activities, and sales updates.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Nursing, Healthcare, Sales & Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome — prior medical device sales experience is not required.
- Comprehensive training will be provided.
- Nurses and candidates with healthcare backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Interested in medical technology, healthcare, and improving patient outcomes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn, adaptable, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess own reliable transport (car) and a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel for customer visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and healthcare events.
