Role Overview
Chemie Solution & Recovery Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a technically strong and commercially driven Environmental Sales Engineer to grow and lead the application of our environmental solutions (wastewater/water treatment, air pollution treatment, waste recovery). To Start January/February 2026.
Core Scope & Responsibilities
1.Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)
Develop and grow business related to:
- Industrial wastewater and water treatment systems
- Chemical treatment programmes and process optimization
- Identify new clients and expand existing accounts within the environmental sector.
- Conduct technical discussions, site assessments, and solution presentations to clients.
2.Project Application Leadership (Key Requirement)
Lead and oversee environmental product application projects, including:
- Selection and application of treatment chemicals
- Process configuration and optimization
- Pilot trials, site trials, and system commissioning
- Act as the technical owner of assigned projects from proposal to execution.
- Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and recovery teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure solutions are practical, compliant, and aligned with client operating conditions.
3.Technical & Laboratory Responsibilities
Perform and oversee:
- Water and wastewater quality monitoring
- Laboratory testing and data analysis
- Jar tests and treatment optimization trials (key skill)
- Interpret data, track performance trends, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, and presentations for clients.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales related to:
- Wastewater / water treatment (must-have)
- Scheduled waste management (added advantage)
- Air pollution control solutions (added advantage)
- Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory testing for water quality monitoring.
- Proven experience conducting jar tests and interpreting treatment results.
- Comfortable leading on-site applications and project execution.
- Willing to travel across Malaysia.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
Training & Development
