Assist in coordinating and monitoring project activities to ensure smooth execution within the planned schedule without disruption to production lines.
Provide engineering support for semiconductor equipment preventive maintenance and continuously improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), including equipment utilization, optimization, and throughput to meet production targets.
Monitor and report OEE performance and maintenance cost analysis; identify issues and implement corrective and improvement actions to enhance maintenance effectiveness.
Support vendor management by maintaining close communication for technical support and maintenance cost reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with work procedures, workflows, project timelines, and allocated budgets during project execution.
Assist in developing and optimizing cleanroom equipment layouts and manage documentation for layout changes.
Support equipment capacity analysis and maintain equipment and utilities information.
Coordinate project activities with consideration for functionality, maintainability, and safety requirements.
Manage and monitor spare parts inventory to prevent unplanned downtime and ensure budget control.
Drive maintenance improvement and cost-saving initiatives while supporting Zero Defect Quality activities.
Develop and maintain systematic documentation for maintenance and development projects.
Propose spare parts specifications, evaluate quotations, and liaise with suppliers or vendors.
Perform problem-solving activities to support internal customers and users during project execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
Experience in semiconductor equipment engineering (Assembly) is an added advantage.
Alternatively, a Technical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in equipment preventive maintenance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
