This role is responsible for supporting ongoing system configuration, adoption, and optimization of assigned systems functions in collaboration with implementation team. Supports report development of assigned technology/systems within the Application Support Center of Excellence (COE) needed for core operations to ensure business continuity. Assigned systems functionality may include: order to cash, procure to pay, finance, or supply chain.
Lead the adoption and optimization of systems establishing and managing processes, data management, reporting, user training, and projects to achieve defined service level goals, KPIs and governance requirements.
EDUCATION
Preferred education or equivalent knowledge needed to perform the role - degrees, certifications, licenses, etc.
EXPERIENCE
Experience preferred and likely necessary to demonstrate abilities and skills relevant to essential functions of the position. Include such things as number of years, size, industries, # reports, etc.
