ERP System Configuration: Configure and support ERP system in Distribution and Finance modules to meet client business requirements.
End-to-End Implementation Support: Assist in project implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
Presales Assistance: Support presales activities by preparing demos, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.
Issue Resolution: Analyse and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system functionality.
Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including business processes, configurations, and technical specifications, to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
Learning and Development: Continuously enhance skills by learning new ERP/SAP modules and functionalities, ensuring readiness for multitasking and supporting evolving client needs.
e-Invoicing Implementation: Lead or support e-invoicing module implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and compliance with regulations.
Cross-ERP Learning: Commit to learning and supporting other ERP systems, such as Oracle JD Edwards (JDE), to diversify capabilities and support business needs.
Business Process Optimization: Identify and recommend process improvements for clients, leveraging SAP, JDE, and e-invoicing functionalities.
Requirements:
3-5 years experienced on ERP knowledge especially in Financials or Distributions modules
JDE/ SAP product knowledge is add on
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment.
