Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant (preference to Oracle NetSuite) to lead requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation of ERP systems. The role involves working closely with business users to translate requirements into system configurations and ensuring successful delivery of ERP projects.

Qualifications & Experience

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field

·       3+ years of experience in ERP Functional Consulting or Implementation

·       Hands-on experience with at least one ERP platform (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

Responsibilities

·       Gather and analyze business requirements across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, and Operations

·       Translate business needs into functional specifications and ERP configurations

·       Configure ERP modules based on client requirements

·       Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs

·       Support end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle from design to go-live

·       Prepare functional design documents (FDD), process flows, and test cases

·       Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations

·       Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution

·       Train end-users and support change management initiatives

·       Provide post-implementation support and system optimization

·       Ensure documentation and adherence to best practices
