About The Role
We are looking for a Functional Consultant with experience in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and
ERP presales to join our growing team. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, deliver ERP solutions, and support the sales process through product demonstrations and solution presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through client discussions and workshops.
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Support presales activities, including product demos, presentations, and proposal preparation.
- Collaborate with technical teams on system customization, integrations, and reporting.
- Manage implementation activities from design, testing, UAT, Go-Live, to post-implementation support.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing functional support.
- Stay updated with the latest Business Central features and Microsoft technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Open for Local Malaysian only.
- 3–5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience in presales activities such as client presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Good understanding of finance, accounting, and business processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
