Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with business objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, promoting the Company's full portfolio of IT Solutions, ERP, and Managed Content Services.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing accounts and generate new business opportunities.

Work closely with pre-sales, ITS, and technical teams to design, propose, and close solution-based deals.

Lead customer requirement analysis and solution mapping to recommend value-driven solutions aligned with customer goals.

Manage complex sales opportunities end-to-end, including prospecting, negotiations, and RFP/RFQ submissions.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking in SAP/CRM.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Ensure compliance with credit policies, governance standards, and internal business processes.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in solution-based B2B sales within IT Solutions, ERP, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation.

Strong track record in managing complex sales cycles and meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent consultative selling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with pre-sales and technical teams; SAP/CRM experience is an advantage.
