Interactive Entertainment Group Global (IEGG) is responsible for the Global R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager here, you are the glue that holds a live production together. Your job is to take a publisher's vision and turn it into a high-frame-rate reality. You thrive in high-pressure environments where going live is the ultimate deadline.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of online and offline (LAN) events.
• Vendor Management: Manage vendors for broadcast and event production to meet publisher quality.
• On-Site Operations: During live events, you are the Problem Solver in Chief, managing everything from team punctuality to schedule delays due to technical pauses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ Years in Esports Events/Production: Strong preference for those who have worked in esports events, HOK events preferred.
• Technical Fluency: You don't need to be an engineer on specific technical questions, but you must understand the basics of broadcast and event production logics.
• Crisis Management: The ability to solve ad-hoc issues and work under pressure.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for different events per request.
• Language: Fluency in both English and Chinese.
