ETL Developer

Description

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing ETL processes to support our data management and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing ETL processes to extract data from various sources and load it into data warehouses or data lakes.
• Creating and maintaining data models, data mappings, and data flow diagrams to ensure effective data management.
• Collaborating with data analysts and data scientists to understand data requirements and optimize ETL workflows.
• Troubleshooting and resolving ETL process issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.
• Documenting ETL processes and creating user manuals for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or Apache Nifi.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data modeling and database design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala for data processing.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
