We're Hiring | ETL Developer (SAS / IBM DataStage)
We are looking for an experienced ETL professional with strong expertise in SAS (mandatory) and IBM DataStage to support Credit Risk Systems and IRB projects. The role involves developing, optimizing, and maintaining ETL solutions while collaborating with technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage ETL solutions for data extraction, transformation, and loading
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Modelers, and Solution Architects to translate ETL designs into development tasks
Perform ETL development, performance tuning, and optimization
Ensure data quality, data cleansing, and data movement best practices
Troubleshoot and debug production issues and provide solutions
Support project planning and coordinate with Project Managers and technical teams
Key Skills:
SAS (mandatory)
IBM DataStage (ETL) preferred
SQL scripting
Unix / Shell scripting
Batch Windows scripting
Data analysis and solution architecture understanding
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
