Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Client Communication: Act as a liaison between the client and the internal team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality services, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients or new prospects.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing products or services and addressing client needs.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (such as production, marketing, and managemengt) to ensure the successful delivery of products or services.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Conduct analysis of client needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies and offerings.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
  • Adaptability: Navigate challenges and adapt strategies to changing market conditions or client requirements.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Training and Support: Provide support and guidance to the sales and account servicing teams.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, event management, or a related field is typically preferred.
  • Several years of relevant experience in account management, client servicing, or sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
  • Experience managing accounts for events of various scales and types.
  • Understanding of the event planning and management industry, including knowledge of current trends, suppliers, and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to understand client needs, expectations, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to secure new business and upsell services to existing clients.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Proficient project management skills to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including event planners, marketing, production, and logistics.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team towards successful project outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the planning and execution of events.
  • Adaptability to handle unexpected situations and find creative solutions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that events are executed flawlessly and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Strong networking skills to build and expand relationships with clients, industry partners, and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management, communication, and presentations.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities, client preferences, and industry trends.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, along with the ability to work well under pressure.
