Event Executive

Aavii Worldwide Sdn Bhd, an independently owned agency headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, has empowered multinationals and brands for several decades. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Executive, located in Kuala Lumpur. The Event Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring all events are delivered to a high standard. The role also involves marketing and promoting events, as well as preparing event reports and evaluations.

• Event planning, organization, and coordination skills
• Budget management and vendor negotiation skills
• Marketing and promotion of events
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with interactive events technology is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
