Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as workshops, roadshows, expo and hospital collaborations.

2. Communicate with clients regarding event requirements, logistics, and execution.

3. Monitor booth sign-ups and engagement during roadshows, events and expo

4. Manage event inventory, including stock preparation and tracking for giveaways, brochures, and promotional items.

5. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.

6. Work with the marketing team to develop event promotions through social media, digital campaigns, and WhatsApp marketing.

7. Oversee event registrations, event flow and ensure a smooth on-site experience.

8. Track event performance, gather feedback, and report on key metrics.

9. Post social media posting regarding the roadshows, event and expo

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.

- 1 year of experience in event planning, marketing, or client servicing.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors.

- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track inventory, manage logistics, and multitask.

- Ability to develop creative event concepts and problem-solving solutions.

- Familiarity with event marketing, social media promotions, and lead generation is a plus.

- Fluency in both Malay and English (spoken and written).

- Possess own transport and is willing to travel for external events, roadshows, and booth visits.

- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, when required for events.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm
