Sepang International Circuit, known as the Home of Motorsports in Malaysia, is a state-of-the-art facility opened in 1999 and recognized for its modern design and world-class standards. Strategically located 85km from Kuala Lumpur and near Kuala Lumpur International Airport, it serves as a hub for international motorsports and entertainment events. The 5.543 km track with 15 turns and 8 straights is designed for high-speed racing and thrilling overtakes, accommodating up to 130,000 spectators with premium facilities like corporate suites and grandstands. The circuit also features a three-story Pit Building housing key racing facilities and a Welcome Centre as the main gateway. This world-renowned venue plays a crucial role in establishing Malaysia as a premier destination for motorsport activities in the region.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event & Hospitality Executive located at Sepang International Circuit in Sepang. The primary responsibilities include planning, organizing, and executing events at the circuit, ensuring world-class hospitality services for guests, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. The role also involves overseeing event logistics, monitoring budgets, and ensuring high-quality standards to enhance the overall experience for attendees.

• Expertise in Customer Service, Hospitality Management, and Client Relations
• Ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using event management tools or software
• A degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in event management or hospitality, preferably in motorsports or large-scale events
