What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end event strategy, planning, and execution that connects brands with audiences.
- Actively source, pitch, and secure new event clients to drive REFORM Pulse's growth.
- Manage vendors, production teams, budgets, and timelines with precision.
- Build strong client relationships and develop tailored event solutions that deliver results.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and PR teams to amplify events online.
- Oversee on-ground operations with confidence, problem-solving instincts, and calm presence.
- Ensure every event aligns with commercial goals and strengthens the REFORM Pulse brand.
Who You Are
- 36 years in events, experiential marketing, or brand activations, with experience in client-facing roles and business development/sales
- You have managed brand experiences, corporate events, or launches
- Strong communicator, negotiator, and multi-tasker under pressure
- Obsessed with detail, creative storytelling, and delivering memorable experiences
- Passion for culture, music, and immersive experiences is a huge plus.
