We're looking for a passionate & creative
Events Sales Manager (Wedding Planner) or aspiring to be required for our Sales & Marketing Division.
Job Summary
- Develop and manage wedding sales, from inquiries to event execution.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, bridal agencies, and couples.
- Create tailored wedding proposals and packages to exceed client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless, luxurious wedding experiences.
- Represent the resort at bridal shows and industry events.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in event / wedding planning / sales preferably in luxury hotel or resort setting
- Fluent in oral and written English, local dialects, and Mandarin an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed
