Job Description

The Events & Client Experience Intern supports the planning, coordination and execution of events by assisting with client enquiries, event logistics and on-ground operations. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event delivery and positive client experiences.

The intern will also contribute ideas for event concepts, assist with coordination and documentation, and gain hands-on exposure to event management, partnerships, and commercial operations in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

  • Handle incoming client enquiries related to event spaces, packages, and availability.
  • Liaise with internal teams (community, operations, sales) to align on client requirements.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, seating arrangements, AV requirements, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide on-ground support on event days to ensure smooth operations, guest flow, and issue resolution.
  • Brainstorming and proposing new event concepts to drive space utilisation.
  • Support the Events & Partnerships team with ad-hoc tasks and coordination.
  • Assist with documentation, scheduling, and basic tracking of events and partnerships.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to event management, partnerships, and commercial operations.
  • Additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by Superior/Management.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Events, Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in events, partnerships, community building, or hospitality.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable communicating with different stakeholders.
  • Willing to be hands-on and assist during event days (including occasional evenings and weekends).
