Job Summary

The EWF Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise workflow and content management solutions using IBM DataCap and FileNet. The role involves building document processing applications, supporting integrations, and ensuring efficient workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support applications using IBM DataCap and FileNet
• Build and customize workflows and document capture solutions
• Develop front-end components using JavaScript (Dojo)
• Integrate applications with Oracle databases and enterprise systems
• Perform testing, debugging, and issue resolution
• Support deployment and maintenance of applications in open systems environments
• Collaborate with teams to gather and implement business requirements

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with IBM DataCap and FileNet (mandatory)
• Strong JavaScript skills, especially Dojo framework
• Experience working with Oracle databases
• Understanding of enterprise content management (ECM) and workflow systems
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience working in Linux environments
• Familiarity with system integration and document processing solutions
• Experience Level: Junior (L2: 3-5 years)
