Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Japanese and local teams to support daily operational needs.
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate the movement of goods and ensure all related logistics documentation is accurate and timely.
- Process paperwork related to import/export, purchasing, and internal operations.
- Provide support in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence in both Japanese and English.
- Assist in translating or interpreting communications, documents, and materials when required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain efficient workflow within the department.
Requirements:
- High-level proficiency inJapanese(reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong command ofEnglish, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across cultures.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in administrative support, logistics coordination, or related fields is an advantage.
