Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a visionary founder We're looking for an Executive Assistant (Projects & Operations) to support a founder who leads two growing ventures in content creation, travel experiences, and high-end lifestyle products.
This is not a typical PA job,you'll play a key role in coordinating projects, managing partnerships, handling content schedules, and keeping business operations smooth.
Location: Lalaport, KL
Salary: RM7,500 RM9,500 (commensurate with experience)
Executive Support & Coordination
- Manage the founder's scheduling, communications, follow-ups, and priorities
- Prepare meeting materials, handle email correspondence, and ensure task completion
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and shared folders
Project & Operations Management
- Coordinate ongoing content, travel, merchandise, and partnership projects
- Monitor timelines for filming, editing, and content deliverables
- Liaise with tourism boards, corporate partners, agencies, and suppliers
- Organize logistics, travel arrangements, production items, and event requirements
- Track progress across multiple initiatives and ensure on-time execution
Team & Stakeholder Interaction
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with recruitment coordination (screening, scheduling, candidate follow-up)
- Take meeting notes, summarize key action items, and follow through till completion
Requirements:
- 48 years experience in Executive Assistant, Project Coordination, Operations, or Administrative roles
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Malay is an added advantage)
- Confident in communicating with partners, brands, or government bodies
- Familiar with Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, WhatsApp, and AI tools
- Proactive, adaptable, and excellent at multitasking
- Passionate about content, media, travel, or lifestyle brands
