Job Description

  • Coordinate professional and personal scheduling for the Director, including calendar management, meetings, and appointments.
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport, and meals.
  • Liaise between executive leadership, staff, and external stakeholders on various tasks and projects.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems and contact databases.
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
