Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Assistant (Finance) to manage the financial activities and provide administrative support to the senior management. This role involves handling credit card transactions, managing investment portfolios, processing payments and invoices, ensuring tax compliance, and providing comprehensive financial support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and record-keeping.
  • Oversee property management, including rentals, leases, and maintenance.
  • Assist in company secretary matters, licenses, and insurance renewals.
  • Track, update, and manage investment portfolios.
  • Monitor and reconcile company and personal credit card expenses.
  • Support cash flow planning through forecasting and financial monitoring.
  • Liaise with external financial advisors and handle ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
  • Relevant experience in finance or personal financial management.
  • Knowledge of financial principles, tax regulations, and investment management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial management software.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel will be a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Resilient, adaptable, meticulous, proactive and able to meet deadlines

Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
