IX Group is seeking a highly driven Executive Assistant – Operations to support the leadership team.This role offers direct exposure to high-value real estate developments, including billion GDV projects, while contributing to operational excellence.

You will be involved in coordinating core business functions, supporting agent performance, and driving key initiatives as the company undergoes rapid nationwide expansion. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in large-scale real estate operations within a high-performance environment.

Role Description

Operations Support – Provide strategic and administrative support to the Operations Manager and leadership team to ensure seamless execution of operational priorities.

Real Estate Agents Coordination – Act as a key liaison for agents, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and a high-quality support experience.

Portal Record Management – Oversee the accuracy and integrity of agent records and portal information, ensuring timely updates and data reliability.

Event Coordination – Lead the planning and execution support of agent engagement initiatives, including project launches, roadshows, and recognition events.

Onboarding & Training Support – Facilitate a structured onboarding experience and provide foundational guidance on systems, processes, and operational standards.

Expansion Support – Support strategic growth initiatives through coordination of new projects, recruitment efforts, and partnership collaborations

Others -Take on special assignments or projects as delegated by the management, ensuring timely and quality completion.

Requirements:

  • Candidates possess bachelor's degree/diploma of Business Administration , Human Resources or equivalent
  • Prefer candidates that can work with dynamic schedule, especially during important project events.
  • Candidates with experience in the real estate sector will have an added advantage.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Fresh graduate can be considered.
