Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant Sales Marketing role based in Ara Damansara.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage new and existing client relationships
  • Promote advertising solutions including signage, printing, branding, and custom fabrication
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Conduct site visits when required to understand client needs
  • Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Creative, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Own transportation is preferred
  • Experience in advertising / marketing is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome)
