For this position, we arerecruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing company in thesemiconductor industryfocusing on semiconductor equipment and materials R&D and sales, including PCB-related business.

Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will workdirectly with the Chairman, providing end-to-end support on schedule management, business travel, meeting coordination, and project follow-up.
This is a highly mobile role withfrequent travelwithin Malaysia and occasional overseas trips. It is suitable for an early- to mid-career professional who enjoys a fast pace, cross-border exposure and working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman'sdaily calendar, including internal and external meetings, calls and events.
- Plan and coordinatedomestic and overseas trips: flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas and on-site logistics.
- Accompany the Chairman onbusiness trips, client visits and site visits, providing on-the-ground coordination and support.
- Preparemeeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations and reports; take key meeting notes and track action items.
- Assist inproject and business follow-upin Malaysia and the region, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Liaise with finance, legal, HR and operations teams on matters related to Malaysia and Southeast Asia business.
- Handle basicdocumentation and filingfor contracts, approvals and other governance-related matters.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the Chairman related to operations, research or cross-border coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, any major.
- 1+ year experienceas Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Project Assistant or similar role working closely with senior leaders.
- Strong ability to handlefrequent business travel, including using travel booking tools, arranging hotels/restaurants, and dealing with basic emergencies on the road.
- Excellent command ofMandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, high attention to detail and good time management.
- Able to accepthigh-frequency travel, irregular working hours and time-zone differencesaccording to the Chairman's schedule.
- Must have thelegal right to work in Malaysia. Candidates already based inJohor Bahru or nearby areasare preferred.
