Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the MD, ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication, and efficient management of daily priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines on behalf of the MD.
  • Act as a point of contact between the MD, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and business trips.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct research and provide briefing materials for meetings and business decisions.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior management or MD/CEO.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools.
