Job Summary:
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the MD, ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication, and efficient management of daily priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines on behalf of the MD.
- Act as a point of contact between the MD, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and business trips.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research and provide briefing materials for meetings and business decisions.
- Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior management or MD/CEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools.
