Program Overview

The Cash Management Graduate Trainee (GT) programs are developed for specific business divisions and are uniquely tailored in collaboration with business leaders. The GT programs serve to develop subject matter experts within their selected divisions, with the aim of creating a holistic young banker at the end of each program. We are currently hiring Cash Management Graduate Trainees for Business & Corporate Banking.

Program Framework

This GT Programs typically consist of 3 rotations within the Cash Management Department, supported by coaching from the line managers and the seniors. Furthermore, an on-boarding briefing, intensive training on cash products, deposits & cash sales and training including professional certification will be provided to the GTs.
