Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Integrated Communication Planning: Strategically map out the in-branch customer messaging journey. You will determine the right channels, timing, and placement for all communications across our retail network.
  • Copywriting Excellence: Lead the creative copy strategy, narrative direction, and scriptwriting exclusively for in-branch touchpoints, including digital screens, physical merchandising, micro-events, and retail campaign materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Branch Creative & Design Executive and the broader Brand Communications team to seamlessly merge visual assets with textual content into polished, branch-ready retail products.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and communication proposals. You will confidently use diplomacy and persuasive communication to win stakeholder buy-in and project sign-offs from various business units.
  • Governance & Blueprinting: Author and establish clear tone-of-voice guidelines and communication templates within our Retail Blueprint frameworks to ensure all messaging is clear, engaging, and brand-compliant.
  • Tracking & Feedback Optimization: Build and manage a systematic digital tracking system to ensure on-time delivery of communication plans. Post-launch, you will run surveys, collect branch feedback, and transform raw performance insights into polished improvement reports for future campaigns.

Jobholder Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Creative Writing, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in communications planning, campaign coordination, content strategy, or within an advertising/creative agency portfolio.
  • Demonstrated experience in mapping out communication journeys, presenting ideas directly to stakeholders, and working as part of a copy-design team tandem to deliver complete creative products.
  • Strong ability to plan and map out structured message hierarchies across a physical retail environment, matching the right message to the right asset (e.g., screen, flyer, banner).
  • Exceptional creative copywriting, editing, scriptwriting, and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to translate complex financial products into highly engaging, lifestyle-driven copy for a retail branch environment.
  • Strong public speaking, presentation, and diplomacy skills highly confident in presenting end-to-end communication strategies and influencing stakeholder decisions to obtain project buy-in.
