Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking an Executive, Brand to execute brand marketing strategies, organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, collaborations, partnerships, etc.) & to support the implementation of marketing plans. This person will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute the marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with partner teams to brainstorm, design, and execute joint marketing campaigns across various channels like social media, email, content marketing, and events.
  • Support the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts to increase brand visibility and reach.
  • Assist in tracking marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and create key insights for future project / campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations.
  • Liaise with creative media agencies to insure proper and on-time delivery of qualitative online material (banners, videos, ad copy) and campaigns.
  • Regularly interact with marketing partners to receive information and updates about marketing campaign progress and results. Travel to meet partners and attend industry events, and seminars.

Your Ingredients

  • Advanced Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, with a minimum of 2-3 years. Experience in marketing in F&B is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
  • Demonstrates sound planning, able to multi-task and execute plans on time
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work
  • Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills and a passion for continuing learning and development.
