Executive, Business Development

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential investors and clients by researching industries and related events.
• Conduct land studies and site inspections.
• Gather information from available sources, such as the internet, company records, or external data, to support Business Development (BD) team members.
• Assist in preparing business proposals for potential investors, subject to review by the immediate superior.
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects assigned to BD team members.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications: At least Diploma holder preferably in Property / Real Estate, Finance / Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the real estate, property development or property valuation industry.
• Technical Skills:
• 1. Good communication and negotiation skills.
• 2. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• 3. Agood team player and can work independently.
