Your Mission
- Support the development, maintenance, and operational readiness of assigned upstream BI dashboards.
- Execute approved dashboard enhancements, fixes, and updates based on defined requirements.
- Perform data validation, KPI logic checks, and visual consistency reviews to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor dashboard refreshes, data completeness, and basic performance issues.
- Prepare usage and viewership evidence to support BI adoption tracking.
- Support BI product handover and readiness activities, including documentation updates, logic notes, and metric definitions.
- Assist with cross-country BI deployments by supporting data mapping, validation templates, and post-deployment checks.
- Conduct pre-QA validation to improve release quality and reduce rework.
- Provide execution support for downstream BI activities during peak periods, when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date BI documentation in line with BI standards and processes.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or other relevant disciplines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capability is valued more than a specific technical or IT background.
- 1–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, BI support, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internship exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Basic to intermediate experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred).
- Understanding of data validation, KPI logic, and business reporting concepts.
- Ability to perform structured checks on data accuracy and dashboard outputs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Contextual and business knowledge is important for effective BI support and faster ramp‑up.
