To support the preparation, analysis, and delivery of agency performance reporting and analytics that enable data-driven decision-making within the agency distribution business.
The role is responsible for maintaining agency performance dashboards, preparing operational reports including agency contest reporting and financing scheme reporting, and generating analytical insights to monitor agency productivity, recruitment performance, and sales outcomes.

Agency Performance Reporting

1. Prepare and maintain agency performance reports covering key metrics such as:

. Agency sales performance

. Active agent ratio

. Agent productivity levels

. Recruitment and activation trends

2. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of periodic agency reports for internal stakeholders and management.

3. Support standardization and improvement of reporting formats to ensure consistency across agency reporting.

4. Monitor agency performance indicators and highlight emerging trends or performance issues.

Data Analysis & Performance Insights
1. Conduct analysis of agency performance data to identify patterns, trends, and productivity gaps.
2. Support generation of insights to improve agency productivity, recruitment performance, and campaign effectiveness.
3. Assist in analyzing the impact of agency initiatives including contests, recruitment drives, and activation programs.
4. Prepare analytical summaries and insights for management discussions and strategic planning.

Dashboard Development & Data Visualization
1. Support the development and maintenance of agency performance dashboards and reporting tools.
2. Assist in improving data visualization to enhance understanding of agency performance across regions and segments.
3. Work with internal data or technology teams to improve automation of reporting processes.
4. Ensure dashboards and reports are updated regularly and reflect accurate agency performance data.

Management Reporting & Presentation Materials
1. Prepare management reporting packs, performance summaries, and analytical reports for leadership review.
2. Develop presentation slides and briefing materials highlighting key agency performance insights and trends.
3. Support preparation of reports and presentations for leadership meetings, regional forums, and agency strategy discussions.
4. Assist in translating complex data into clear insights for business stakeholders.

Data Quality & Governance
1. Ensure integrity and accuracy of agency performance data used for reporting and analysis.
2. Conduct data validation checks to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
3. Work closely with Finance, Technology, and other data owners to ensure consistency of data sources.
4. Maintain documentation of reporting processes and data definitions.
