Job Responsibilities

  • Help Desk for complaints channelled from contact centre, branches, other department and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), Securities Commission, Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM)
  • Provide support, guide and resolve any enquiries /issues by branch and sales staff that related WMD products. To ensure all complaints/queries channeled to Wealth Management are attended within the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT).
  • Ensure submission of relevant daily, weekly & monthly performance report as well as preparation of monthly sales staff incentive for review and approval and ensure all incentive payments are paid in accordance to the approved sales incentive structure.
  • To provide performance review for Contract Sales Staff for Renewal / Termination recommendation based on the contract renewal requirement.
  • To prepare weekly WM performance slides for WM Business review and analysis prior to weekly TP session with State Management.
  • To ensure WM Fee-Based Income is recorded accurately and timely to the right GL at tallied with the production and re-classed to the respective sales channels (Branches/State) accordingly.
  • To ensure ALL primary and secondary documents related to Wealth Management are safekept as per the standard guidelines.
  • Participate in any project implementation by WMD related to the operational and support functions
  • To ensure practices in various WM Business Channels including Wealth Advisor (WA), Takaful Specialist (TS), Insurance Advisor (IA), Branches and Digital Platforms are in accordance to guideline by BNM, SC, FIMM, MTA and LIAM

Job Requirements

  • Degree qualifications in Accounting/Finance/Statistics/Actuarial Science or equivalent.
  • Excellent communation in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Advance Microsoft Office Application Skills.
  • Strong data analytic skills.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in reporting, MIS and wealth management within the banking industry is an added advantage.
