Job Responsibilities
- Execute the Jalinan Digital Negara (JENDELA) or any other programmes KPIs monitoring and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quarterly KPI targets are met towards achieving the overall targets.
- Prepare progress report of JENDELA or any other programmes for the management, Commission as well as external stakeholders such as the Cabinet, the ministry and other external agencies to ensure all relevant stakeholders are well informed on the progress of JENDELA.
- Prepare report of JENDELA or any other programmes for Annual Report and Industry Performance Report to ensure accurate and pertinent info are captured for public view.
- Coordinate and organise the JENDELA or any other programmes implementation committee, steering committee as well as any other relevant committee meetings according to schedule to ensure the progress is consistently reported in the relevant committees.
- Prepare feedback as required by internal and external stakeholders on timely manner and check its accuracy to ensure no misleading or inaccurate information provided.
- Conduct trend analysis based on data from crowdsourcing, provided by internal or external stakeholders as well as the data in public domain to facilitate in broadband coverage and speed improvement plan.
- Undertake the department's KPIs and deliverables to achieve the MCMC's scorecard.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Head of Division in relation to the scope of the department on timely manner to ensure the tasks are delivered accordingly.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in in any relevant discipline such as Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science/Management from a reputable university with a minimum of CGPA 3.00
Work Experience
- Has a minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience in coordination and programme management, communications and multimedia industry.
- Fresh graduates with experience as trainee/intern/volunteers particularly in MCMC are also encouraged to apply.
Technical Competencies/ Skills:
- Project/Programme Management
- Microsoft Excel intermediate
- Good communication and report writing skills (BM and English)
- Basic understanding of the regulatory framework under the CMA'98 and its subsidiary legislation
- Knowledge about dashboard software tools such as Microsoft Power BI, would be an added advantage
