Executive, Client Campaign Management

As an Executive, Client Campaign Management, you will play a pivotal role in bringing client campaigns to life across on-air, online, and on-ground platforms for SURIA FM. You will oversee media scheduling, manage airtime bookings, and coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure seamless campaign execution. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced media environment and loves seeing ideas turn into impactful realities.

Key Responsibilities

• System & Media Scheduling: Schedule and monitor clients airtime bookings, key in sales orders, issue contract confirmations, cross-check broadcast logs, and prepare revenue reports.
• Campaign Coordination: Build Campaign Action Plans based on sales team briefings, coordinate with content and production teams for campaign materials, and compile Post Campaign Reports.
• Commercial Operations: Schedule commercial airtime, verify client credit terms, and generate aired-time reports for clients.
• On-Ground Events: Plan, organize, and manage on-ground events aligned with client requirements, supervising on-site execution for seamless delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and obtain client approvals on promotional scripts and contest solicitations before launch.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in media, advertising, broadcasting, or campaign coordination. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply!
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with media scheduling systems (e.g., Aquira, Zetta, Neo Winner).
• Key Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple client campaign requests under tight deadlines, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
