Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review sales contracts and manage trade spend accruals in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and track trade expenses to ensure alignment between approved budgets and actual spending.
  • Support Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for promotions, campaigns, and ongoing commercial programs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to provide analytical support and reporting.
  • Prepare trade support summaries and serve as a key contact point for sales team inquiries.
  • Analyse sales performance data and provide insights on channel effectiveness and business opportunities.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing activities.
  • Support ad hoc projects, financial analysis, and business case evaluations as required.
  • Perform any other duties or additional tasks as assigned, consistent with the role and the needs of the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales analysis or trade spend management will have an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of financial Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis and channel/account profitability assessment is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large sets of data.
