This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing & ContractManagement, or such other person(s) nominated by the Company. The contractsenior executive will be responsible for managing, facilitating or ensuring the keyactivities within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) are taking place.Starting from pre-contracting to contract handover for selected post contracting
phases from entitlements tracking, vendor performance, governance andescalation management, contract variations and finally contract termination orclosure, working closely with various stakeholders like end user, legal,procurement buyer, finance, etc
Job descriptions:
1. Assist in the entire contract lifecycle, from pre-contracting to post contractingprocess.
2. Perform contract handover & briefing, supporting selected vendors businessreview action items tracking, reporting and escalation process.
3. Administer, track and report selected contract obligations, facilitate andundertake review of claims report including supporting any minor
contractamendments/change requests and contract expiry/closure exercise.
4. Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation toestablished contracts and those in progress.
5. Responsible for updating and maintaining files in the contract managementsystem (i.e., ERP, MS Teams) in a timely manner for internal
communication,tracking and reporting purposes.
6. Monitor, measure and analyse relevant documents and data to provideregular updates as required to support CM ongoing activities and
deliverables.
7. Support any other administrative requirements and tasks within CM teamfrom time to time, including but not limited to taking minutes of
meetings,drafting memos, archiving official correspondences, etc.
