Northport is looking for a driven and analytical Executive, Corporate Development to support strategic initiatives including port expansion, industrial development planning, concession matters and Government-related projects.
This role is suited for someone who wants exposure to high-impact infrastructure and growth projects, not routine operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives including: Port expansion planning, Industrial park development, Concession and long-term development plans
- Develop feasibility studies and business cases, including IRR, NPV and financial modelling
- Prepare high-quality Management and Board papers
- Work closely with Finance, Property, Engineering and Legal on multi-disciplinary projects
- Engage with Government agencies and authorities on reporting, approvals and development matters
- Support funding and incentive initiatives (grants, facilitation funds, ITA, etc.)
- Conduct benchmarking, commercial analysis and market intelligence
- Execute strategic assignments from Group / Shareholding Company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
- 25 years experience in corporate planning, strategy, business analysis, consulting or infrastructure-related environment
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Comfortable preparing presentation materials and Management papers
- Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Exposure to infrastructure, industrial, logistics or port-related projects is an advantage
