Job Description

SUMMARY:

Responsible for handling enquiries and preparing professional correspondence across all four entities This role ensures that all written correspondence is clear, accurate, empathetic, and compliant with regulatory and corporate standards.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Education : High school diploma/GED (high school equivalency) in Business Administration and 3 or more years of experience in related field Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in relavant complaint handling/customer service, insurance background

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

1. Experience in insurance is an added advantage.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Must be patient and have a polite personality with ability to handle difficult and emotional customers from different background.

4. Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

5. Must be self-motivated and a good team player.

6. PC literate ( Ms Office )
