Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for loan documentation and disbursements. Monitor and ensure deliverables are achieved within set standard.
  • Liaison with solicitor/valuer and ARM to ensure documentations are in order /perfected in accordance with internal policies and in line with regulatory and legal requirements. Alert management if there are issues of concern which requires further attention.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of data creation/maintenance for accounts under his/her portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance to internal guideline & procedures for timely monitoring and tracking of all pre and post disbursement conditions imposed.
  • Monitor and follow up on security documents.
  • Attend to customer's request /issues, resolve and respond to it effectively.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure timely disbursement of loans and managing customer expectations for both internal and external customers to promote good customer experience.
  • To maintain proper records and audit trails for all work related matters, source documents, manuals and to ensure not placing the Bank in any compromising situation.
  • Assist in preparation of management /ad-hoc reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate with at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in the financial industry with experience in loan documentation unit/credit administration.
  • Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants who are interested to start their career in Credit Administration field are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
  • Possess knowledge of consumer banking products and services as well as regulations governing the consumer banking business and products will be an added advantage.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and ability to interact effectively with people at different levels.
  • PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive and ability to work with minimum supervision.
