Executive - Credit Control, Contracts & Performance Analysis

Responsible for managing and monitoring credit control, payment collection, and revenue-related activities across stalls, commercial lots, and other tenancies, while ensuring the effective utilisation and integration of the Tenancy Management System (TMS) with relevant business systems. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring accurate billing, collection, and tenancy data, facilitating effective system reconciliation, resolving system and integration issues promptly, and supporting system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
