Job Responsibilities
- Train new joiners and introduce them to TM department guidelines and operations.
- Provide guidance on insurance computations and customer handling.
- Conduct training sessions and briefings for telemarketers on Direct Lending operations.
- Reassign leads to TM staff via the TMV2 system.
- Review and verify lead statuses before reassignment.
- Monitor loan applications and verify quotation statuses.
- Ensure checkout links are sent to customers in a timely manner.
- Process approved Direct Lending applications.
- Reconcile TM quotation activities by reviewing and comparing quotation data.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies during reconciliation.
- Review, reconcile, and analyze drop-off leads to identify trends and issues.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including conducting interviews.
- Conduct training sessions and regular briefings for regional branches on TMV2 operations, insurance guidelines, and computation procedures.
- Provide computation support to regional branches as required.
- Monitor, assign, and follow up on Redmine tickets on behalf of regional team members on a daily basis.
- Attend outstation meetings or training sessions as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor¡¦s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
- At least 2 - 4 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, direct lending, or insurance-related operations.
- Preferably experienced in telesales, with the ability to attend training sessions and guide new joiners as well as existing staff across HQ and regional branches.
- Experience handling Direct Lending operations and customer follow-up processes.
- Familiar with CRM or lead management systems (e.g., TMV2) and ticketing systems such as Redmine.
- Able to monitor and process loan applications accurately and within timeline
- Experience conducting briefings, presentations, and operational training sessions.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills across departments and regional branches.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data tracking.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willing to travel, attend outstation meetings, and meet insurance partners when required.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license is an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience liaising with insurance partners, banks, or financial institutions will be preferred
