Job Description

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with leading financial sponsors and portfolio companies across Asia Pacific
• Drive new business origination across cash management, trade finance, working capital and structured transaction solutions
• Identify opportunities linked to acquisitions, refinancing activities, portfolio expansion and infrastructure investments
• Collaborate closely with product specialists, coverage bankers and regional stakeholders to deliver integrated client solutions
• Act as a trusted adviser to clients throughout the investment lifecycle
• Contribute sector intelligence, market insights and business development initiatives to support franchise growth
• Represent the business as a senior transaction banking specialist within the financial sponsors ecosystem
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience within corporate banking, transaction banking, investment banking or a related financial services environment
• Demonstrated success originating and executing complex banking transactions
• Strong network and credibility with financial sponsors, private equity firms, infrastructure funds, or investment platforms
• Experience covering sectors such as technology infrastructure, digital infrastructure, power, energy, or related industries
• Sound understanding of transaction banking solutions including cash management, trade finance and working capital products
• Infrastructure financing and project finance exposure would be advantageous
• Strong commercial acumen with proven business development capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate effectively across regional and global matrix organisations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth
