EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

. Assist in preparation of reports and documentations.
. Execute instruction, strategies and procedures instructed by management.
. Ensure good practices in daily branches operation according to SOPs, processes and strategies for quality result and increase the efficiency of task performed.
. To monitor daily operation efficiency, branch activity, investigate problems, analyses causes and suggest solution to the problem.
. Liaise with various department to execute plan and solution for more efficiency operational task and better solution.
. Identify delayed or stuck shipments and investigate root causes.
. General administration and ad-hoc duties of the department.
. Support other task to be assigned by management.

Requirements

. Bachelor degree in business administration, management or any related field.
. 1 - 2 years experience in operations fields or relevant industry preferable.
. Able to work independently and work with the team.
. Possesses own transport & willing to travel.
. Strong communication skills in verbal and written Malay and English.
. Knowledge in MS Office, Excel and reporting tools.
. Must be able to multi task and work in fast pace environment.
. Strong independent skills and capable building strong working relationships.
. Able to converse in Malay and English.
